First Tender, Geraldton

Off to beautiful downtown Geraldton! We were pleasantly surprised by this little town.

The memorial to HMAS Sydney was beautiful. The dome is covered in 654 seagulls. Seagulls represent the lost soles of the sailors that went down with the Sydney.

There were quaint little shops full of treasures from around the world and lovely cafes. We hit a gorgeous tea shop that repurposed doylies as curtains and serviced us a decent coffee too!
