Walk, Metro, Bus, Bike

We've had a great time traveling around Paris. It really is quite a small city (when you're lucky enough to spend a month here).

We've been tracking our steps and not really surprised to see that some days we do 20,000 and almost always 10,000.

I think we've been on all the train lines and have even given a few nicknames to some of the stops. The walk to our nearest station has become a daily ritual.

We have only just become a bit bus savy with number 21 that stops just outside the flat and travels the length of Paris. Really enjoyed seeing the city from a new angle.

Bikes are by far the best and most fun way to get around! Paris has perfected the hire system.  You just use your credit card at one of the of kiosks, choose your bike, pop it out of the lock-up and you're off. When you're done you just pop it back into the lock-up at one of the hundreds of locations around the city. Brilliant!

We are seasoned Paris travellers now!
