Tour de Carb

(or Tour de Lard as Lucas calls it)

Camp food is delicious but always loaded with carbs... so far we have had only one dinner out (Greek in Coober Pedy!) and one lunch (burgers in Alice Springs). All the rest we have prepared ourselves.

Breakie - eggs, porridge, cereal, toast and tea
Lunch - tuna wraps, salami pita pockets and tea
Dinner - curry with rice, pasta, cheese jaffles with tom soup and tea
Snacks - pineapple lumps, kilos of mandarins, fruit chews, chocolate and tea

PS no alcohol has been used in the creation of this blog
